  • Benefits: balances facial asymmetry, help align cranial bones, helps align cervical (neck) vertebrae, improves TMJ position and function, optimizes nasal breathing, and very importantly, it tones the muscles of the airway

    • This is NOT used as an expander; it used as a healing/optimizing appliance.

    • Dr. Santiago may recommend this as the stepping stone pre-MARPE if she has identifies that the alignment of your skull bones is asymmetric.
