TADMAN Orthodontic Laboratory

Cutting edge skeletal expander laboratory from the Stuttgart region in Germany.

They have pioneered a TAD first system (Utilizing the BeneFit implant system) in which the mini implants are placed first with a guide, the MARPE appliance is placed over the top of the implants, and then the two components are connected with a cover screw.

This allows for parts to be changed in/out, it keeps the MARPE off of the tissue, and allows for better control of the teeth and esthetics.

For teens and certain young adults, this can be done in one visit.

For adults, this is a 2-step process.
