We help with insurance billing
Many of our treatments can be billed under dental insurance, and some may also be eligible under medical insurance—or both. For dental-related claims, we submit electronically for exams, 3D imaging, orthodontic, and tongue-tie treatments, with insurance payments sent directly to you.
AirSync is one of the few practices that also offers medical insurance billing. We partner with Nexus, a specialized insurance billing company, to verify your benefits and obtain pre-authorizations. From there, you have two choices:
- Partner with Nexus: They handle the process on your behalf, working to maximize your reimbursements. They collect a 20% fee only from what insurance pays you—no upfront cost.
- Handle it yourself: We provide you with a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company.
If you choose Nexus, we simply keep a card on file and charge their fee once you’ve received your reimbursement. It’s that simple—so you can focus on your health while we take care of the paperwork.
Third-Party Financing with Flexible Options
Investing in your healthspan should feel possible and stress-free. That’s why AirSync partners with Affirm and Cherry—two trusted financing platforms that use soft credit checks (so your credit score isn’t affected) and give you flexible ways to pay for care.
Affirm – Finance up to $22,000 per contract (and you can open multiple contracts). Choose from 0% interest for up to 6 months or extend your plan up to 36 months with a small financing fee.
Cherry – A healthcare-focused financing app designed for dental and wellness care. Choose from 0% interest for up to 6 months or extend your plan to 9–12 months with a low interest rate. Apply in minutes, get approved with a soft credit check and finance treatments up to $35,000.
